A first treatment will involve me taking a detailed case history covering your medical history, current symptoms and other information such as sleep patterns, appetite and digestion. First appointments last between one and one and a quarter hours (45 minutes to 1 hour for a child). Follow-up appointments last up to 45 minutes for an adult (30 minutes for a child).

Both acupuncture and homeopathy take into account your mental and emotional state. My understanding of who you are helps target the treatment, and so I will also ask questions about you as an individual.
